I grew up in Vietnam, and from a young age I was drawn to connection — to language, to culture, to the quiet power of helping someone feel understood. That instinct took me across the world. I earned a competitive Australian Award to pursue my Master's in Education at the University of Melbourne, where I also served as President of the International Student Club and worked as a broadcaster at Australian Broadcasting Corporation, learning how to tell stories that resonate and communicate ideas that stick. From Melbourne, my journey continued through classrooms, courtrooms, and hospitals — teaching ESL students, interpreting for Vietnamese-speaking patients and legal clients, and volunteering in over 40 community initiatives across three continents.
For 16 years and across multiple countries, my work was always the same at its core: meet people where they are, earn their trust, and help them move forward with confidence.
